With a long-standing passion for traditional handmade European sausages, The HANS brand was born. Our European Sausages are made of handcrafted techniques, finest cuts of quality meat, and selected spices to ensure the best and tastiest results. Our natural casings are all hand cleaned and there is no use of artificial ingredients, colours or flavours.
BACON & HAM SERIES
The “Fresh Deli” Brand has been recognised by the market for many years as a brand of Premium Quality Bacon & Ham. Our Bacons & Hams are traditional cured to enhance flavour, made from premium cuts of meat and are smoked over natural oak wood chips to give its distinctive smoke aroma. Our Bacon & Ham is a must have in the freezer.
CHINESE SAUSAGES SERIES (LAP CHEONG)
KIM MUN HIONG’s Chinese Sausage recipe has been passed down through generations. We only use the authentic and original ingredients, quality cuts of meat, and have well kept the traditional taste for Chinese sausages. Families and Restaurants have been using our traditionally-prepared sausages and meats into their dishes throughout the festival seasons.
